FAO 27 is one of the world’s most important fishing areas, known for its rich biodiversity and well-managed fisheries. Many stocks in Area 27 are subject to strict scientific monitoring and quota systems, supporting responsible fishing practices and long-term sustainability.
FAO 37 covers the Mediterranean and Black Sea, a region with diverse, seasonal fisheries and a variety of fish species. Fisheries here are generally smaller-scale and coastal, with catches that vary by season and country. For our products, we source only ASC- or MSC-certified fish, ensuring responsible sourcing, traceability, and adherence to sustainability standards.
FAO 67 is one of the world's major fishing areas, covering the Northwest Pacific, including Alaska and British Columbia, and supporting a wide range of commercially important fish species. Many fisheries in area 67 are managed through science-based regulations and catch limits.
